“Asking for help is never a sign of weakness. It’s one of the bravest things you can do. And it can save your life.” ― Lily Collins

My practice

As a therapist and life coach, I approach treatment with a curious and compassionate disposition, aiming to understand each client from a holistic perspective. I aspire to form forthright relationships with my clients through genuine interactions intending to provide a non-judgmental space for my clients to learn about themselves and grow. I work with each client to create individualized treatment plans to address their primary mental health, emotional, and behavioral concerns.

Use Telehealth to have your session from home.

“Probably the biggest insight… is that happiness is not just a place, but also a process. Happiness is an ongoing process of fresh challenges, and it takes the right attitudes and activities to continue to be happy.”

Treatment Philosophy

I consider the client–counselor relationship to be the most important part of the therapeutic process. Both the client and I contributing to the treatment course will be far more successful than one of us dominating the conversation. I truly value my clients’ opinions when formulating treatment plans because they know best what options will and will not work for them. Naturally, all successful relationships are based upon a shared respect between two people, and I approach the client–counselor relationship no differently.
