“Asking for help is never a sign of weakness. It’s one of the bravest things you can do. And it can save your life.” ― Lily Collins
As a therapist and life coach, I approach treatment with a curious and compassionate disposition, aiming to understand each client from a holistic perspective. I aspire to form forthright relationships with my clients through genuine interactions intending to provide a non-judgmental space for my clients to learn about themselves and grow. I work with each client to create individualized treatment plans to address their primary mental health, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
“Probably the biggest insight… is that happiness is not just a place, but also a process. Happiness is an ongoing process of fresh challenges, and it takes the right attitudes and activities to continue to be happy.”– Ed Diener, PhD
